This webpage helps put together a report or assessment feedback from a bank of comments.
No data is stored or sent from your computer. This webpage is made from a single html file and can be saved to your computer to work offline. Click the demo button to load an example of a bank of comments used to write a maths report.

To create a comment bank you will need to write your comments on a text document (e.g. Notepad) and have it saved to your computer. Your text document should be formatted as follows:
Each comment is written on a single line.
Comments can be grouped into categories.
Titles for categories are written within square brackets on a single line.
e.g. [attitude to learning]. Relevant comments are written underneath.
For an individual's name write <name>
e.g. <name>'s attitude to work is exemplary.
For pronouns write : He/She, His/Her, he/she, his/her, She/He, Her/His, she/he, her/his.
e.g. <name> enjoys learning new ideas and can apply his/her knowledge to new problems.
Once you have saved your text document on your computer press the Choose File button at the top of this page and select your file. This will load the comments ready to
write your report.
Help - creating a report for an individual
Now you have chosen your bank of comments you are ready to write a report.
Enter the name of the individual and if needed select the gender then press show comments.
For each comment you wish to include tick the box next to it.
Press the get report button at the bottom of the page once all the required comments have been selected.
Help - paste your report
report has been copied to your computer's clipboard and is ready to be pasted into your application.
You must paste report before you create a new one.
To write another report enter the name of the next individual and if needed select the gender.
Press show comments to select the required comments.
